We got the chance to sit down with our latest addition to our personal lines department, Phil Watson, for a brief chat about the Insurance CSR life. Phil works primarily in our Corning office and has been with us for a good portion of 2021.
What is your role at Sidle Insurance?
I’m a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.
What’s it like working for a small, family-owned business?
There is a fantastic atmosphere at Sidle Insurance. And great homemade snacks sometimes.
What’s your favorite thing about working in insurance?
The opportunity to help people and learn something new daily.
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
Every interaction with a customer or company is unique…which can pose a challenge, for sure.
What is a typical day like working at Sidle Insurance?
Although no day is exactly the same, each day presents new opportunities to help clients and change their day for the better.
