We are consistently updating our technology to keep up with the changing and trying times of the modern world. With more and more information moving online, it is more important than ever to protect the sensitive stuff.
That’s why we are introducing Multifactor Authentication to InsurLink. Starting December 1st, InsurLink users will be required to confirm their identity when logging in through a simple but effective authentication process in addition to using their login credentials.
Users will have the option of receiving a one-time passcode via a voice call or email as an additional security measure, or for their ease, they will be allowed to utilize the PingID app, compatible with iPhone & Android, which makes for a speedier login process.
Users will be prompted to either download the app, or use one of the aforementioned passcode options, upon login.
