What is your role at Sidle Insurance?
I work both in personal lines and commercial lines. I also handle most of the claims in the office.
How long have you worked at Sidle Insurance?
I’ve been here for 20 years!
What’s it like working for a small, family-owned business?
Great. The Sidles treat you like family.
What’s your favorite thing about working in insurance?
Nothing is ever the same. You are always learning.
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
Trying to stay ahead. There's usually several things going on at once. Every day is busy.
What is a typical day like working at Sidle Insurance? Do you have a routine?
A typical day at Sidle Insurance is there is always something to do. I try to have a routine but usually never finish up with it.
What are three ways you would describe yourself as a worker?
Willing to learn, good with computers and I try my best.
What makes you feel accomplished at work?
If I get through almost all if not all of the workload for that day.
What are your favorite things to do with your free time?
Playing sports and working in the garden. I also work up at the Seymour Farm and enjoy taking care of the calves there.
